Communication and Resolution Program and the WPSC

As of April 2016, the Washington Patient Safety Coalition has been proud to partner in the effort for Washington’s statewide rollout of Communication and Resolution Programs (CRPs).  Also, the WPSC is leading the rollout of the CRP Certification Program. This AHRQ funded pilot launches an innovative new model for resolving adverse events in a manner that address patient, provider, and institutional concerns, allowing both for appropriate closure and continued learning after an event.
